We had a wonderful stay at the Cosy Baixa Apartment2 in Lisbon. Lucy, the host, was fantastic and accommodated our early check-in request. She provided excellent directions for car access and luggage transportation in the challenging Lisbon streets. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chiado/Baixa, with plenty of natural light and secured by a pin code entry. Lucy went above and beyond to help us when we lost our engagement ring, returning it to us even after our checkout. She truly saved our trip.
We highly recommend this hotel.
